Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune) receive orders within 2–3 business days. Other pincodes are typically delivered in 4–7 business days. We use insulated packaging to ensure your honey arrives in perfect condition.
We stand behind every jar we sell. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free return pickup and issue a full refund or replacement — no questions asked. In the rare case of a damaged shipment, simply photograph the parcel and email it to concierge@rosahoney.com.
Absolutely. Rosa Honey is cold-extracted, never heated above 42°C (the natural hive temperature), and minimally filtered to retain pollen, propolis, and natural enzymes. Every batch carries our FSSAI certification (Lic. 10026022000027) and is independently lab-tested for purity, moisture content, and HMF levels. You may notice natural crystallisation — that's a sign of authentic, unadulterated honey.
Yes, and it's one of our most popular offerings! We provide bespoke gifting hampers with custom ribbon, personalised message cards, premium wooden or silk-lined boxes, and bulk corporate branding options. Minimum order for custom gifting is 12 hampers. For weddings (shaadi orders), we recommend booking at least 30 days in advance.
